1.MK8250T Follow type CNC crankshaft grinding machine is a large-scale CNC grinding machine with movable grinding wheel holderdesigned and manufactured by our company.This series of grinder issuitable for batch or mass production of large crankshaft parts.
2.Machine control system adopts LYNUC (crankshaft special system)cNC system and digital AC servo drive,through the four-axis triplelinkage control to realize the eccentric and cam grinding. a clampingto complete the external contour of a number of places.
3.The grinding wheel spindle system of the machine is an electronicspindle direct-drive spindle equipped with CBN grinding wheels forgrinding at line speeds of up to i00 m/s.The machine is equippedwith a CBN grinding wheel for grinding at line speeds of up'to 10om/s.
4.The wheelhead feed is driven by AC servo linear motor andequipped with scale to form a closed-loop control: the feed guidewayadopts linear rolling guideway to ensure precise and sensitive feeding.wHead frame and tail frame adopt servo electric spindle to drive thespecial floating fixture,which is controlled by 'numerical controlsystem to make the head and tail frame realize synchronous rotation.Machine tool is equipped with Marposs MIDA probe,whicheliminates the error of center hole to realize axial positioning andphase angle positioning, and is equipped with Marposs swing gaugeFenar L to check the size and roundness of the crankshaft to ensurethe stability of the workpiece size.
5.Grinding wheel dressing can choose a variety of forms of diamonddressing device, to realize the precision dressing of complex grindingwheel shape surface,and automatic dressing automaticcompensation.
6.Optional CNC or hydraulic-driven auto-tracking center stand forslender crankshaft-type parts machining.
