CNC broach special cylindrical grinding machine MK8332L-2000
Main functions and features:
1.This machine tool control system adopts Siemens 828D three-axis CNC system and digital AC servo drive. It realizes spiral surface grinding through three-axis three-linkage control, and completes the spiral cone surface and outer circular contour in one clamping.
2.The grinding wheel spindle adopts a rolling bearing structure, which has high rotation accuracy and high rigidity; ensuring that the grinding wheel spindle works stably and reliably.
3.The movement of the machine tool table and grinding wheel frame are driven by AC servo motors driven by ball screws, and the feed is sensitive. The grinding wheel frame feeds the X-axis with a grating ruler to improve positioning accuracy.
4.The grinding wheel frame feed adopts roller linear guide, which has large bearing capacity and high sensitivity, ensuring that the grinding wheel frame

5.The machine tool headstock is equipped with a servo motor to achieve synchronous rotation through gear transmission, and is linked to the X-axis feed of the grinding wheel frame.
6.The grinding wheel dressing uses a diamond roller dressing device to achieve precise dressing of complex grinding wheel surfaces and automatic compensation.
7.The machine tool is equipped with a full protective cover, which makes the operation safe and reliable and facilitates on-site management.
